I'm Mary Ann Diggory, and live in Geneva, Illinois.

Through the years I have tried all kinds of craft projects along with sewing, quilting, and photography. I started working with clay at Waubonsee Community College in January 2000, and something magical started to happen. When you take a ball of clay and put it on the wheel, at the end you have created something useful. You get hooked, and hooked I was. I think through all the trials and error projects, I was searching for something and I found clay. I try to leave a part of me in every pot I create, making that pot have a little soul. You need to pick up a pot, and feel a connection with the person who made it, I love the quote, "A Pot Without Soul Is Just Clay Around A Hole."
